FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Diners enjoy epic flavor, fresh organic ingredients in eclectic and traditional fare during September 16 – 25

PHOENIX, September 6, 2016 –

Following the nation’s triumphant showing in the 2016 Olympics, held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Tryst Café is proud to offer traditional and eclectic Brazilian fare as they participate in Arizona Restaurant Week during September 16 – 25.

Lisa Khnanisho, founder of Tryst Café, is resurrecting a customer favorite, pomegranate pork chops, along with traditional Brazilian meal, Feijoada, a bean and ham stew and Brazilian chicken in coconut milk sauce.

“Each month, Tryst Café offers a special global menu featuring one country, and our customers raved about the pomegranate pork chops when we featured Brazil earlier this year,” Khnanisho said. “This Arizona Restaurant Week, I wanted to offer the pork chops as a twist on Brazilian cooking, along with two entrees that are more traditional.”

All entrees start with organic and antibiotic free ingredients and can be made gluten-free. In addition to sumptuous entrees, the menu includes appetizer and dessert choices along with suggested drink pairings, including Brazilian Lemonade, made with freshly squeezed lime and sweet condensed milk.
